Mr. Colburn obtained his Bachelors of Science, Nuclear Engineering from Oregon State University in 1975, his Advanced Certificate, Aerospace Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 1982 and went on to earn his Masters of Science, Systems Management at University of Southern California in 1989. He has completed a 23 year career in the Navy/Naval Reserves, retiring as Captain with several Commendation medals and a Meritorious Service Medal.  He has over 30 years of experience in the National, DoD and private industries.  He was Vice President for Space Systems Company and Dept. of Defense (DoD) Systems where he provided strategic planning and business development leadership. He was Director of Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems, responsible for development of National and Tactical DoD ISR systems for the U.S. Government and since beginning his civilian career in 1980 with Lockheed Martin, has accumulated a wealth of expertise in progressive engineering, program management and business development.

Mr. Yavorski obtained his Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Science from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania in 1985.  He went on to earn his Masters Degree in Computer Information Sciences from the University of Phoenix in 1995.  He is a data center architect dealing with not only architecture items but power cooling issues.  Mr. Yavorski is CEO of Creative Energy Systems and focuses on renewable energy and heat exchangers.  He has written and overseen Strategic Energy Management Plans (SEMP) for customers and has been the featured speaker at energy conferences for U.S. Government programs.  He has also designed and implemented databases and replication across security domains for large systems supporting over a thousand concurrent user bases.  Mr. Yavorski is highly creative and technically proficient with strong analytical, organizational, communicative and detail/follow-through skills and possesses a strong ability to listen to the customers’ desires, providing solutions when applicable.
